I met Scott Beale at an Arsalyn Foundation conference on youth civic engagement in 2003. Since we discovered our Youth Venture connection and I learned about his Millennial Manifesto, I've kept track of him and his efforts to start up Atlas Corps, which is a completely new kind of social venture taking a new approach to facilitate international cooperation in the citizen sector.
