You are invited to attend:
MINN BBQ Bash - Sept 18th
Sunday, September 18, 2011 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
MINN is having a BBQ bash to celebrate our new 501(c)(3) status. On Sunday, September 18th from 5-7pm, join us for networking opportunities, with the added fun of outdoor grilling and games. This event is perfect for including your family, spouse or significant others, and friends.
Make sure to register in advance for the Early Bird rate. It is $5 per person or $10 per family. You are also welcomed to RSVP now and pay at the door. Day of prices are $7 per person and $15 per family. Checks written to MINN or exact change are appreciated.
Your picnic ticket gives you access to networking, fun, games, a vegetarian or meat grilled option (separate grills available), a side dish, dessert and punch. Bring your own alcoholic beverages if you would like to consume, but remember the park only allows 3.2% beer. If you are feeling extra charitable, in the spirit of the celebration, a side dish to share would be greatly appreciated.
Donations to MINN are now tax-deductible! While we can't give you a tax deduction for your picnic dinner, please feel free to contribute to our cause - to be the leader in providing a collaborative environment for Minnesota international NGOs to learn and exchange ideas! Click on the "Attend Event" button below to donate or RSVP.
