NAVIGATE Summit for Allies of MN's Un/documented Students -- Austin, MN 2012

Join NAVIGATE to discuss the challenges Minnesota’s undocumented students face to getting a college education. In this summit, speakers will share their professional and personal experience to give allies the tools to become more effective supporters and advocates for un/documented students.
Who should attend: professionals who work with immigrant students in greater MN.
Registration: 11:00-11:30 a.m.
Program: 11:30-2 p.m.
Brief Reception: 2:00 p.m. Refreshments will be provided.
Speakers:
· Bill Blazar, MN Chamber of Commerce
· Amanda Ziebell-Finley, Program Director of the Minnesota College Access Network
· Juventino Meza, Executive Director, NAVIGATE
· A panel of students and professionals who will share the challenges and successes they are having navigating the college process. Panel will include members of Northfield TORCH and other area programs and collaborations.
Registration: $35 (registration and payment must have been received by March 14, 2012)
