The Alzheimer's Association Young Champions is engaging emerging leaders to raise awareness about Alzheimer's and related dementias in order to realize their vision of a world without Alzheimer's. And their upcoming Afterthought After Party proposes to kick Alzheimer's in the caboose with live music, games and entertainment, and fundraising to provide critical programs and services as well as research toward a cure.
