I'm honored to be speaking on a panel later this week hosted by our local chapter of MBA Women International on the topic of leading and working in a multigenerational workforce. Not only will I will be in the company of many smart and savvy women, but our light appetizer fare will be delivered a la Gastro Food Truck! For the first time in history, workforce demographics encompass four generations. Each generation has a unique perspective on leadership, working cross-functionally and conflict resolution.
