The ABC's of Finding and Managing Mentors or Sponsors
How do you find a mentor? And if you find one, then what? This is a practical workshop to help you figure out where to start, how to choose and how to ask, and how to make it a win/win for you and the mentor. We will do exercises that will help you create a list of potential mentors who could help with goals and challenges that are specific to you. We will also address the differences between mentors (sages) and sponsors (champions) and the benefits of having both. This workshop is especially designed for women early in their careers.
