Speaker: Kathy Schmidlkofer, GreaterMSP
Kathy Schmidlkofer is the Executive Vice President of the regional economic development partnership, GREATER MSP. Launched in 2011, GREATER MSP is a private-public partnership dedicated to providing leadership, coordination and engagement to grow the economy of the 13-county Minneapolis Saint Paul region.
Kathy also has extensive private sector experience as a finance executive with General Mills. She held a number of leadership positions over her 25-year career including, Vice President, Finance for the Meals and Yoplait divisions and Vice President, Finance for the General Mills Canadian Subsidiary located in Toronto, Canada where she successfully led the integration of Pillsbury Canada business.
Currently, she serves on the boards of Tubman and the Saint Paul Foundation. She is also a member of the Itasca Project Working Team, Minnesota Women's Economic Roundtable and the International Economic Development Council's Economic Research Partners. She also actively mentors emerging female leaders of the Twin Cities through the Menttium program.

Building the relationships that will make a difference personally and professionally can be difficult. Its important to be intentional about why and how we build them, and the good news is, they will be the vehicle that takes us where we want to go. We'll engage in some experiential learning on how to network with wisdom, mutual value, and authenticity.
