[#mnrising Dispatch] February 2017
In the midst of an exceedingly urgent time for action and leadership, we were grateful this month to host a #mnrising + LOCUS event to provide intentional space for reflection, connection, and restoration. The " Identity-Driven Leadership: Action Orientation" event at In Progress offered an opportunity for mixed-race and identity-caucus conversations while sharing a meal, brave space, and powerful stories to inspire action grounded in self-knowledge and current pressing needs. Looking for more chances to build community and take action? Join us for our next gathering on Thursday, March 9 from 6pm - 8pm at Green Spoon Cafe ( RSVP so we can save you a seat) and/or consider taking part in any of the events and opportunities identified below or in the sidebar!
