Theater Mu’s mission is to produce great performances born of arts, equity, and justice from the heart of the Asian American experience.You’re invited to Mu Gala 2019 (the biggest party of the year!) on Friday, August 23, 2019 at Mixed Blood Theatre to welcome new Artistic Director Lily Tung Crystal to the Mu Family, celebrate this season’s accomplishments, and take pride in the wealth of talent, people, and art in our community. Party highlights include mouth-watering Lao food from Soul Lao food truck, gourmet cotton candy from Spinning Wylde, Asian Art Silent Auction and, a special gala performance of the highly anticipated romantic comedy HOT ASIAN DOCTOR HUSBAND, the final production of Mu's 2018/19 season. Accepting RISE Fellowship Applications
New Sector's RISE Fellowship is a year-long premier professional development program designed for emerging leaders with up to 5 years of professional work experience. New Sector matches Fellows into full-time employment at one of our social impact partner host-sites, while also providing monthly professional development training, mentorship, and individual career coaching to support their long-term careers in the social sector. Mia Art of Inclusion Fellowship
The Art of Inclusion Fellowship is a year-long opportunity designed to strengthen the leadership pathway within art museums for identified populations who have been historically underrepresented: people of color and indigenous people. Art of Inclusion Fellows will join an operational division: Curatorial; Learning Innovation; or Media and Technology to gain deeper knowledge and valuable experience.
